Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, jewelry items are generally non-refundable. However:
We accept returns/exchanges if:
- The product is damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
Conditions:
- The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- An unboxing video may be required as proof
